Normally, I am not the kind of person to complain; however, your conduct was SO egregious that it actually cost me TIME to medically recover.
I would like to know what you've done to address the illegal conduct of your tenants that damaged my recovery from a "catastrophic reaction" to a drug my doctor gave me landing me in the ICU. You took advantage of my physical inability to read those papers I believed to be a lease and then harassed me AFTER we gave you 30 days notice.
I would like acknowledgement that the owner of the house managed KNOWS about my accusations, which you've received in part through email.
And I would like a written apology.
AFTER I am reassured that you are not going to participate in the illegal behavior of your future tenants, I will remove your name from this website, but the content will remain because I would never have believed this could happen to someone who paid you 1/4 of the lease every month in good faith from 9/17 - 6/18 out of SSI and gave you appropriate notice when leaving. SOMEONE still has my deposit.
